Service · IT support for companies

An outsourced IT team: one place to call when something stops.

We run your day-to-day IT: remote and onsite help desk, computers, network, servers and backup. Instead of a black box you get a documented system — and one address for every report.

01 · Problem

When IT stops, nobody knows who to call.

01Whoever is free handles the breakdown, and the call for help goes unanswered.
02Nothing says how the system was set up, so every problem is solved from scratch.
03The backup is never checked — until you need a restore that doesn’t work.
04The only IT person can’t keep up, and when they’re away, everything waits.

02 · Approach

From takeover to a monthly report.

LAYER 01

Takeover

An inventory of equipment and accounts, access, what is critical. Read-only until changes are agreed.

LAYER 02

Documentation

How things are set up, where access lives, who to contact for what — written down, not in someone’s head.

LAYER 03

Help desk

Reports through a ticket, email or phone; we resolve them remotely, and onsite when needed.

LAYER 04

Regular maintenance

Scheduled updates, backup checks, equipment checks.

LAYER 05

Monitoring and alerts

Servers, disks and backup jobs under monitoring; the alert reaches us, not the user.

LAYER 06

Monthly report

What was done, what is open and what we recommend — in language management can read.

03 · How we work

Four rules on your systems.

  1. R1Read-only by defaultReview, assessment and diagnosis without a single change.
  2. R2Approval per changeIt covers that change, not the whole project.
  3. R3Backup before every changeA dated copy of the previous state, no exceptions.
  4. R4A way backIf we don’t know how to roll it back, we don’t do it.

All working rules

04 · What you get

A delivery that stays yours.

  • One address for reports: ticket, email or phone
  • System documentation that stays yours
  • A monthly report: done, open, recommendations
  • A contract with a clear scope; response times defined by contract

05 · Pitfalls

What usually goes wrong — and how we avoid it.

PITFALL 01

IT without an owner

As long as IT is “everyone’s and no one’s”, problems go in circles. Step one is giving every report an owner and a history — hence tickets, not group chats.

PITFALL 02

The previous contractor’s black box

We take over undocumented systems too: first an inventory and a no-change review, then changes — each with a backup and a way back.

PITFALL 03

Everything on one person

If only one person knows the system, a vacation becomes a risk. Our work is documented, so a handover never starts from zero — ours or yours.

What we don’t promiseWe don’t promise deadlines the contract doesn’t cover: response times are defined by contract, item by item. We don’t sell licenses — they stay yours, as does all documentation.

06 · Example

A typical engagement — how we handle it.

Typical engagement · how we handle it

A company with no internal IT

Situation
Nobody owns IT: whoever is free handles the breakdown, nobody checks the backup, and nothing says how anything was set up.
Approach
Takeover starts with an inventory and documentation, without a single change. Then a help desk as the one place to report to, servers and backup under monitoring, and a test restore.
Resolution
One owner for IT and one address for everything; a backup proven by a test restore; a monthly report management can read. This describes our procedure, not delivered work.

07 · Questions

Frequently asked questions.

What if we already have one IT person?

We work with them: we take over what they can’t get to and cover for them when they’re away. The documentation is shared, so no work is duplicated.

Do you sell licenses?

No. Licenses stay yours; we set up and maintain the system they run on.

What isn’t covered by the contract?

It’s in the contract, item by item: what is included, what is billed separately and how to order it. No hidden items.

How fast do you respond?

Response times are defined by contract, per report priority. For inquiries through this site, we reply within one business day.

Do you work onsite?

Yes — we resolve remotely what can be, and do equipment installs, cabling and visits in person, by contract.

Start with an IT health check.

We look at your systems — servers, backup, network or the farm — and write a concrete assessment: what’s fragile, what’s slowing you down and what’s worth fixing first. The review changes nothing, and the report stays yours even if we don’t continue.
