What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email and message.
- Server logs: IP address, access time and basic browser data — collected automatically for security and correct operation.
Purpose and legal basis
- Responding to your inquiry — based on your request and our legitimate interest.
- Security and stability of the site — based on legitimate interest.
Sharing and transfers
We do not sell or share data for marketing. The site is self-hosted: no analytics, ad networks or third-party tracking, and data is not transferred outside Serbia/the EU.
Retention
Contact messages are kept for at most 12 months after the last communication, unless the law requires otherwise.
Your rights (GDPR and the Serbian Personal Data Protection Act)
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability. Send requests to itsup@manajo.rs.
If you believe your rights have been violated, you may contact the Serbian Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection (poverenik.rs). EU visitors have the same rights under the GDPR and may contact their local supervisory authority.
